We’re Hiring: Worship Leader

Calloway Church is prayerfully seeking a passionate, gifted, and spiritually grounded Worship Leader to help cultivate meaningful, Christ-centered worship experiences.

We are a historic and growing congregation committed to renewal, excellence, and authentic encounters with God. As we continue strengthening our worship life, we are looking for a leader who can help shape an atmosphere where people don’t just attend church — but experience transformation.

About the Role

The Worship Leader will:

• Lead Sunday worship and special services

• Collaborate with the Pastor to align worship with sermon themes and church vision

• Recruit, develop, and shepherd musicians and vocalists

• Help cultivate a culture of spiritual depth and musical excellence

• Support the continued growth of our worship expression (both in-person and digital)

Who We’re Looking For

We are seeking someone who:

• Has a vibrant, growing relationship with Jesus Christ

• Demonstrates strong vocal and/or instrumental ability

• Can lead both traditional and contemporary expressions of worship

• Values teamwork, preparation, and spiritual integrity

• Has a heart for revitalization and building something meaningful
